She has a bright smile, positive attitude, and strong desire to make sure everyone’s needs are met. “Our patients like the fact that we are so thorough,” she says. “Starting with the initial phone call, our patients understand what to expect from scheduling the appointment, to the actual treatment, to what their insurance will cover.”
Michelle was born in England and has lived in many different states and countries over the course of her life. Her husband of nearly 40 years is a retired Marine, and she is very proud of him. Outside of work, Jessica is happily married to her husband of over a decade, and they share the lifelong joy of raising their son together. In her free time, she enjoys boating, fishing with her family, going to the beach, and dancing.
